Returns & Refunds

We want you to feel confident about your KKrr order. You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, an item must be unworn, unused and in its original condition and packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Please contact us through the Contact page before sending anything back; returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Items that arrive damaged, defective or incorrect should be reported as soon as possible so we can review the issue and make it right. Gift cards and final-sale items cannot be returned. Where an item is not faulty, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless we agree otherwise.

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary by bank or card provider.

Order cancellation requests may be made before an order enters processing. We cannot guarantee cancellation after processing or shipment has begun.
