Refund Policy

If something isn't quite right with your order, we're happy to help. Here is how our return process works:

You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

2. Return Conditions

Returns can be made for a refund, an exchange or store credit. To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original packaging and in resalable condition.

4. Items We Cannot Accept

We are unable to accept returns on items damaged after delivery, items without their original packaging, or sale items. Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will make it right.

5. Refund Processing

After your return arrives and passes inspection, we will process your refund, exchange or store credit within 7 business days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We suggest using a shipping service with tracking, so you can follow your return and be sure it reaches us safely.
