Good to know
- This is an add-on to your order and can only be purchased together with other items.
- To give every video proper care, we film only 4–6 orders each week. When it shows "Sold Out," this week's spots are taken — please check back next week.
- Your video will be sent to the email used at checkout. If your order is a gift, only you will receive it, so the surprise stays a surprise.
- With your permission, we may share selected videos on our social channels. Names, addresses and personal details are never shown. Prefer to keep it private? Just leave us a note at checkout.
Processing time
Filming may add 1–3 business days before your order ships. We'll prepare your video and your package as quickly as we can — thank you for your patience.
Care
Keep jewelry dry and store pieces separately when they are not being worn. Wipe gently with a soft cloth after use. Follow any item-specific care information supplied with your order.
